Condoms

Condoms help protect you and your partner from sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and pregnancy. There are many different types of condoms to suit different people. We will be happy to advise you on condoms and supply them for free.

Diaphragms and caps

The diaphragm or cap needs to be put into the vagina before intercourse and positioned carefully over the cervix (neck of womb).  This is a barrier to sperm and is usually used with a spermicidal cream. A ‘one size fits all’ diaphragm called Caya® can be purchased online and from most pharmacies. Find out more here.
