We are very pleased to be able to start some more of our routine contraception clinics- we now have a limited number of appointments opening on a rolling basis for implant insertions, removals and to have an implant change.
Please read the information in the implant section of our website and if you would like to book an appointment please follow the Book appointment link. If there is not an appointment available it is likely that they have already been filled, so please try again another day.
Remember if you already have an implant, you may not need another one just yet. Current users can keep an implant in place with low risk of problems beyond three years. Some research show it is unlikely that women will get pregnant with the implant in the 4th year of use. Adding condoms or a progestogen-only pill would be an additional protection.
